Kane came into Cache Creek Rescue as a very unruly little boy, appearing to have never been socialized. We worked on training him when we volunteered, and he began to settle down. A family adopted him, but returned him three days later. While he was gone, my husband came to realize how attached to Kane he had become, so the minute Kane arrived back at the shelter, we adopted him. He has gotten lots more training and can often be found visiting at Alsip Nursery - pushing shopping carts, walking on Bill’s toes, and other fun tricks. Kane is a sweet boy who now sleeps on our bed and is friends with his five canine siblings. He is also very photogenic!
